End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and SnapSpend ("Licensor") for the SnapSpend mobile application.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the SnapSpend application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and any applicable app store terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law
Transfer the license to another party without written consent
Use the App for commercial receipt processing or expense management services for third parties

3. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of SnapSpend. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights. The SnapSpend name, logo, and branding are trademarks of SnapSpend.

4. Automatic Updates

The App may automatically download and install updates. You agree to receive these updates as part of your use of the App. We may discontinue or modify any feature at any time.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of the receipt data and content you input into the App. You grant SnapSpend a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display this data solely to provide the App's services. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Software

The App incorporates open-source components. A list of these components and their licenses is available upon request. Each component is provided "as is" under its respective license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SnapSpend does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted data will be completely accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSpend shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates immediately if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App and cease all use. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
